Thai Traditional Massage
This involves stretching and deep tissue massage. This form of bodywork is usually performed on the floor without oils but we use a massage table. It is advisable for the client to wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Thai Combination Massage
This is a treatment which integrates the elements of a Traditional Thai Massage combined with Swedish and Deep Tissue for a unique healing experience.
Aromatherapy Massage
This is a form of alternative medicine that utilises essential oils and other aromatic compounds. It is known to improve wellbeing, cognitive function and general health.
Deep Tissue Massage

Concentrated on the back, neck and shoulder area soothe away tensions in your upper body, break down knots and improve your flexibility. It helps relieve headaches by stimulating the nerves on your scalp and the blood circulation within your head. You will feel relaxed and re-energized.
Reflexology Foot Massage
or zone therapy is an alternative medicine which involves applying pressure to the feet using intricate thumb, finger and hand techniques without the use of oil or lotion. It is based on pinpointing a complex system of zones and reflex areas linked to the rest of the body resulting in an overall improvement in physical condition throughout the whole body.
Hot stone massage
In addition, hot helps every cell in the body to receive more oxygen and nutrients and moves lymph thereby encouraging a more effective removal of toxins. Blood vessels will rise to the surface and dilate when the hot stone is applied and then vessels will constrict and move blood back to the inner core muscles when cold is applied. The opening and closing of the blood vessels causes a pumping action within the circulatory system which brings in more blood to the lungs and heart. It’s pretty much a vascular gymnastics for the body. It allows the body to achieve the same level of relaxation.
